This website is operated by Korvai India, a proprietorship registered in India. Registered office: Korvai House, Mamangalam – Anchumana Temple Road, Palarivattom, Kochi, Kerala 682025. References to "Korvai", "we", "us", or "our" mean Korvai India.

These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase you make through it. By accessing the website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you have the consent of a parent or guardian.

Products and orders

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse an order at our discretion. If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

Product images are as accurate as possible. Because we work with handloom fabrics, slight variations in colour, texture, and weave are inherent to the material and are not defects. Specific fabric and product details are listed on each product page.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time before dispatch, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST. Shipping charges, if any, are shown separately at checkout.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price shown at the time you place it. We will not charge you more than the price confirmed at checkout.

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We accept credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets. We do not store your payment card details on our servers. Cash on delivery is not available.

Shipping and delivery

We dispatch orders from Kochi within 3–5 working days. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are 2–7 working days depending on your location in India. These are estimates only — we are not liable for delays caused by the courier or circumstances beyond our control.

Free shipping applies to orders above ₹3,000. A flat charge of ₹120 applies below this threshold. Risk of loss passes to you when we hand the parcel to our courier partner.

We currently ship within India only. International orders are not accepted through the website. For queries, contact us via WhatsApp.

Returns and refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and in its original packaging. The following items are non-returnable:

• Jewellery and accessories
• Items marked as "Final sale"
• Items that have been altered, worn, washed, or damaged after delivery

To initiate a return, contact us via WhatsApp at +91 79947 81471 with your order number and reason. Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of our receiving and inspecting the return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, photographs, graphics, logo, and design — is owned by or licensed to Korvai India and is protected by applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written consent. Personal, non-commercial use (such as sharing a link or saving an image for reference) is permitted.

Prohibited use

You agree not to use this website to:

• Violate any applicable Indian or international law or regulation
• Transmit any unsolicited commercial communications
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its systems
• Engage in any conduct that could damage, disable, or impair the website
• Use any automated means (bots, scrapers) to access or collect data from the website
• Place fraudulent orders or provide false information

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Korvai India shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of this website or any products purchased through it. Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms or your use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ernakulam, Kerala.

Before initiating legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us so that we can attempt to resolve the matter directly. Most concerns can be resolved quickly through our customer support.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Information Technology Act, 2000:
