Return policy
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery,
provided the piece meets the following conditions:
- Unworn and in its original condition
- Tags intact
- In original packaging where possible
Items that have been worn, washed, or altered cannot be returned.
Earrings and jewellery are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within
5–7 working days of receiving the return.
Size & style exchanges
Exchanges for a different size or style are accepted within
7 days of delivery, subject to availability.
The same condition requirements as returns apply.
If the piece you want is unavailable in the required size,
we will offer a store credit or a full refund — whichever you prefer.

Pack the item securely and dispatch it. Share the tracking

Return shipping is covered by Korvai Apparel for defective or
incorrect items. For all other returns and exchanges, the customer
bears the return shipping cost.
